For the last three years, Artist Mosaic has run a community project that helps local creatives, artist, designers and entrepreneurs explore define and reshape their passion into successful ventures wherein they can sustain themselves and their families. Creating viable business models that enable them to secure support and funding. The project takes the form of a series of events and programs and projects that invites Creative Entrepreneurs to meet the challenges and opportunities that new low-cost or free communication tools and startegies are creating! Specifically targeted towards Brooklyn’s Indie design community. We invite interested parties to join our virtual network Revolution begins with education! The first event is a public seminar presented during the Fort Green Fashion groups September Roundtable @ the Bedford branch of the public Library. Another highlight will be a Diaspora networking event where designers will host visting African Businesses, part of the “Material World”
